If you start with one or two pieces of wood in your inventory when embarking on a quest, then you can camp on that quest. Camping is great, but you can only do it on medium and long quests. Note that you cannot assign trinkets while on a quest. You can then drag the trinket to an empty trinket slot (just to the right of the weapon and armor slots at the bottom). Then right click a hero to bring up her stats/inventory screen. Trinkets can be assigned by first clicking the treasure chest at the bottom right of the screen. I don't know what a lot of the stuff I'm doing is or does.
What is this?Īnd more generally: are there instructions anywhere? Most of the game is pretty straightforward, but once I get to harder dungeons, I'm sure I'll want to be a bit more careful. While in town, the icon/portrait for some heroes (over on the right of the screen) will sometimes have a read seal with a beige ribbon below it displayed in the upper left hand corner of their portrait. What is this? My heroes have camping skills (or something?), but there's no camping that I can find. Are trinkets automatically assigned the first hero of the appropriate type?Ģ. How do I give them to a hero? Clicking and dragging the trinket doesn't work, right clicking on it doesn't work. I'm having a bit of trouble understanding stuff, however. I've just started the game, and it's fun.
